Proper Storage.Each Xhale O2 delivery device is a highly sensitive electronic device and must be handled with care. Always store your device in its storage case when not in use, making sure to keep a cartridge installed on the atomizer at all times to help keep it moist.
Assembly and Disassembly.Never twist a cartridge on or off of the atomizer as this can permanently damage the atomizer. Always use a straight-line separation and connection method to insure the cartridge will not leak and the atomizer will not crack.
Atomizer.Sometimes it may become necessary to free the tip of the atomizer from excess foil left from previous cartridges, especially if you experience a substantial decrease in vapor creation during use. Inspect the atomizer tip from time to time and carefully remove any remaining foil with your fingers. Do not use any tools as you may inadvertently damage the atomizer.
Cartridges. Your Xhale o2 cartridges are the best on the market with unique patents. Be careful not to crush or dent the sides of a cartridge as this may cause the unit to leak.
Batteries. Ensure your battery will last as long as possible by removing it from the charging unit only after it has been fully charged. Make sure the threaded end of the battery is kept clean in order to maintain a good electrical connection to the atomizer while in use, and to the charging unit while being recharged. When it becomes necessary to dispose of your battery, bring it to your nearest E-Recycle center.
Troubleshooting
No vapor or taste
check to insure battery and atomizer are completely screwed together and the cartridge is pressing fully against the atomizer
replace cartridge if empty (each typically last about 100 puffs)
insure battery has been fully charged
try turning the cartridge one complete revolution while it is installed on the atomizer
Battery notcharging
if using USB charger, insure the USB port is active (i.e. computer is turned on, port is not “dead” or faulty)
if using Wall charger, insure the outlet is not switchable, (i.e. active only when a light switch is in the "on" position)
if using Car Charger, insure that the 12V outlet is not switchable, (i.e. active only when the ignition is in the "on" position)
insure the battery is screwed completely into the charging unit
either the battery or the charging unit may be defective
Returns Policy
Purchases made online may be returned new, unopened and unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund by simply logging in to your account, viewing the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Online purchasers should expect to receive a refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
